Payment Policy

Payment for training sessions is due at the time of registration and before student packages are delivered

Health & Vaccination Policy

Prior to starting any training program, puppies must have had at least one Distemper-Adenovirus 2 Parvo (DAP) vaccine and one Bordetella vaccine administered at least 10 days prior to their first session, as well as a proactive dose of de-worming medication

Proof of vaccination can be emailed to crackerjackcanines@gmail.com

No vaccination requirements are necessary for participating in virtual-only sessions

PLEASE INFORM ME IF YOUR PUP SEEMS ILL - signs of illness include vomiting, diarrhea, listless/lack of energy, coughing, sneezing, yellow or green discharge from nose or eyes, skin lesions or loss of hair. We can move your session to online/virtual if needed

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In order to maintain in-person individual sessions, Crackerjack Canines has a firm attendance policy. Make-up sessions for missed virtual or in-person sessions (with the exception of a medical emergency within your home or with your pup) are not provided

Medical emergencies for your pup include infectious disease, injuries that prevent mobility and unplanned surgeries (spay/neuters are pre-scheduled and not considered a medical emergency)

If I have to cancel class, I will add another to the end of your program

Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for credit or cash value once your training program has been paid for
